Beginner Program


To make the most out of hiring a bodybuilding coach, it is important to have an essential level bodybuilding knowledge. For this reason I have created an entry level beginner program for clients who are completely new to training.
This 3-month program is designed to teach clients the fundamentals of exercise terminology, essential nutrition, cardio principles, supplements, muscle form and function, exercise demos, lifting aids, and record keeping.
It is exciting getting into fitness for the first time. It is a time when motivation is high and also a time when gains come quickly and often. Over the course of the three month program clients will gain confidence as their muscles get stronger, they lose body fat and each week learn more fitness theory.
