Over 40 Program
Anyone can improve their health, fitness and body composition regardless of age. There are however certain factors which must be accounted for when designing programs for the older athlete. The over 40 program is designed to meet the needs of clients over 40 years of age and are either experienced lifters or are completely new to training. The program will optimize muscle gain and fat loss while prioritizing safety and accounting underlying health issues.
