One on One Training


One on One Training Sessions: $70 per 60 min session
***Must commit to 3-4 days per week.
***Sessions can be cancelled but must be rescheduled for a later day in the same week.
One on one training session includes:

Pre workout outline

Customized warm-up

Customized resistance program

Agility or cardio component
-
Cool-down & stretch
-
Review
-
Consistent feedback and education throughout the workout
All One on One training is conducted at the Paul George Bodybuilding private studio. Travel to clients homes can be arranged at additional cost.
1 on 1 training clients get the Online coaching program included with no additional cost.
