Off-season Sport Training


This program is designed for athletes who are looking to improve their performance in their particular sport. The sport specific program starts with an off-season strength and muscle building phase which is gradually faded into a peaking phase which aims to improve speed, power and other sport specific skills allowing the athlete to peak for the start of the in-season.
Cost: $100 per month ($300 for the first month)
