Off-season Sport  Training

This program is designed for athletes who are looking to improve their performance in their particular sport.  The sport specific program starts with an off-season strength and muscle building phase which is gradually faded into a peaking phase which aims to improve speed, power and other sport specific skills allowing the athlete to peak for the start of the in-season. 

 

Cost: $100  per month ($300 for the first month)

 

Online training program includes:

  • Year long macroprogram design for training year.

  • Training Current training program assessment

  • Training program design and discussion

  • Current nutritional assessment and nutrition philosophy discussion

  • Nutrition program design and discussion

  • Supplement program and supplement philosophy discussion

  • Collaboration with coaches and team therapists

  • Injury prevention and treatment

  • Email, messaging and telephone support to answer all your questions

  • Bi-weekly monitoring of your progress
